Brainline’s Adult Matric consists of the Compact year, which is an interwoven Grade 10 and 11 curriculum, followed by the Grade 12 year. The Compact year curriculum has been developed specifically to prepare students for Grade 12 by delivering Grade 10 and 11 core content that can be completed comfortably within one year through self-study. This self-paced programme uses an IEB-aligned curriculum – complying with the statutory requirements of the CAPS curriculum while adapting the content and assessment to focus on problem solving, and critical and creative thinking.

Tests and examinations are completed under invigilation using the application Proctor Free.
Comprehensive feedback is given on assessments, and is complemented by teacher discussions.
